About the Studio of Sewing

I truly love sewing and everything related with sewing. I think I have thread for veins. If I’m not sewing, I’m thinking of sewing, or I’m googling sewing, or I’m looking at fabric (well, actually drooling over fabric). And quite often it takes me a couple of hours to fall asleep because I’m thinking about current or future projects.

Sewing is a Super Power. There is nothing more satisfying or confidence building than having someone ask where you bought your outfit from, and you feel so great being able to tell them you made it yourself. I’ve never been ‘normal’ size, I have big boobs, I’m round through the middle and I’m really broad through the back. And thanks to age, I’m a hell of a lot bigger than I used to be. But hey, when you sew there is no such thing as size, just great fitting clothes. And great fitting clothes make you feel great and look great too.

I have loved sewing since I was a kid, and I love sharing my knowledge with others. I’m proud to offer a wonderful sewing studio that is inclusive, supportive, informative and most importantly fun. There will be classes for those of you brand new to sewing, and classes/workshops for those of you who want to improve and/or learn new skills.

I would love you to join me in one of my classes or workshops. I’m pretty confident that if you’re new to sewing you’ll catch the sewing bug too, and if you’ve been sewing for a while you’ll pick up new tricks and tips that will make sewing even more enjoyable.
